The Concorde-Corodex Group (CCG), a part of M.H.Al Mana Group of Companies was established in the United Arab Emirates in 1974. CCG was one of the first companies in the Emirates to offer Water Treatment Services.

M.H Al Mana Group was originally formed in 1952 to provide support to the industrial development of Qatar, the rapid diversification of the M.H Al Mana Group led to the formation of individual companies each specializing in their field of expertise and operating independently, yet collectively comprising the strength of the group. Current M.H Al Mana Group assets total over US$ 420 million.
