Dubai Civil Defence: Our Equipment Reserves are Enough to Last Until 2020

Publication: Al BayanBrigadier General Ahmed Abdul Sayegh, Assistant of the General Director of Dubai Civil Defence for Rescue Affairs said that the equipment reserves of Dubai Civil Defence were enough until the year 2020. But this does not mean that the Civil Defence would not seek to possess new equipment if need be.
He also stated during INTERSEC yesterday that the Concorde-Cordex motorcycle was the first of its kind to hold fire equipment stating that Dubai Civil Defence has been using motorcycles to fight fires for three years now in addition to a special desert motorcycle for fast intervention.
INTERSEC 2012 (the exhibition for national security, police, fire, rescue, health and safety) came to an end yesterday Tuesday 17 with a huge success after being held for three consecutive days at Dubai international exhibition and convention centre.
