Khaled Faraj Al-Saeid is Managing Director and General Manager of International Turnkey Systems Group (ITS).

With a strong strategic, operational and leadership background of over 20 years in areas of Business Management, Operations, Finance, Techno-Legal-Commercial areas of Information Technology and Risk Management, Al-Saeid has been an integral part of the software industry since 1983.

In 1993, Al-Saeid assumed the role of AGM for Customer Services, took over the Saudi Arabian Operations in 1997 and turned it around to a profitable entity, before moving back to Kuwait to assume the DGM –operations role in 2001. In 2002 he was promoted as General Manager of ITS for its group operations. In May 2004, he donned the role of Managing Director and General Manager of ITS.

Al-Saeid has been lauded by reputed publications for his visionary strategy and Professional style. He has been responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the ITS group. In 2003, he was tasked with ITS expansion from its position as market leader in the Middle East and Africa to becoming a key player in new emerging market places, including Asia Pacific.

A background in computer engineering, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of new trends in IT and management, have helped shape Al-Saeid’s vision for the future of ITS and its subsidiary (ITSoft). He is also renowned as being a great corporate leader. During his fifteen years in management, he has successfully led the transformation of the company in the Customer Services Operation.

Al-Saeid holds a Bsc. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, New York. He has also completed an Executive Program for Global Leadership at Harvard University and an Executive Program for Growing Companies at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford.
